At PIKKOFUN, we are committed to delivering high-quality, durable pickleball paddles that enhance your game experience. We stand behind our products with a comprehensive warranty and return policy.

Warranty Policy:

  • One-Year Limited Warranty: All PIKKOFUN paddles come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase. Any issues that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect will be covered by PIKKOFUN – that means we’ll send you a replacement paddle, free of charge.
  • Registration & Assessment: To be eligible for the warranty, registration of the paddle is required upon purchase. PIKKOFUN reserves the right to determine the eligibility of paddles for warranty coverage.
  • Non-Coverage: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, temperature-related damage, modifications, fading of graphics, or damage from hitting non-pickleball objects. It is also non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Initiate Claim: Fill out the form with all required details, including a description of the defect, paddle model, date of purchase, and upload proof of purchase along with photo(s) or video(s) of the defective paddle.
  2. Response Time: Expect an email response within 1 week. Please check your junk folder for responses.
  3. Processing Time: Allow 1-2 weeks for your warranty claim to be processed. Once your claim is approved, we will process the replacement paddle, which is typically shipped within 10 business days.
